The Company’s the Projects are undeveloped prospects for mining deposits of lithium and potassium and consist nine mineral concessions that cover a total area of 19,500 acres (approximately 7,900 hectares) at an elevation of 14,000 feet (approximately 4,300 meters) above sea level. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had not generates any revenues.
