Li3 Energy, Inc., formerly NanoDynamics Holdings, Inc., is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in acquisition and development of lithium brine properties in the United States. On February 23, 2010, Li3 Energy, Inc. acquired, through a subsidiary, Li3 Energy Peru SRL, 100% of the assets of the Loriscota, Suches and Vizcachas Projects (the Projects) located respectively in the Provinces of Puno, Tacna and Moquegua, Peru. The Company’s the Projects are undeveloped prospects for mining deposits of lithium and potassium and consist nine mineral concessions that cover a total area of 19,500 acres (approximately 7,900 hectares) at an elevation of 14,000 feet (approximately 4,300 meters) above sea level. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had not generates any revenues.
